I was launching my boat last week, and this guy lost his boat off the back of his trailer, Landed right on the prop of his outboard and slid down the ramp but never made the water. Not sure how much damage the was but it didn't sound good..

There are few rules to follow when launchung your boat at the boat ramp.

Always leave the saftey chain (runs from your trailer to your boat) on untill your trailer is right down the boat ramp and you are ready to push your boat into the water. this keeps the boat on the trailer when reversing down the ramp.

Always check the bungs are in to keep the boat from sinking.

Make sure you have your boat ready before you put it into the water, Boat Ramp Rage is a common as Road Rage these days and boaties don't like to wait at the boat ramp.....
